Top 5 Movies to Watch this Autumn

Top 5 Movies to Watch this Autumn

The Autumnal Equinox is just around the corner and, even if the weather is still pretty Summer-ish, I can’t wait to spend my evenings wrapped in a blanket with my cat watching cosy movies.

Today, I’d like to share with you my top 5 choices for this upcoming season. These aren’t new movies, they are just my favourite movies.

Practical Magic

Practical Magic. I discovered this movie only a couple of years ago and it immediately took a special place in my heart. I love everything about it. It’s cosy and spooky and romantic and funny, it’s the best! Oh, and can we talk about the amazing kitchen of the Owens family house?

Good Witch

Good Witch. This is a TV show, not a single movie, but I really enjoy watching it. They recently added the last season on Netflix and I’m slowly (I want to savour it, rather than binge-watching it) getting through it.

Hocus Pocus

Hocus Pocus. No need to say anything for this one, right? 🙂 Also, it has just celebrated the 25th anniversary!

Harry Potter

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. This is my favourite movie of the entire saga and I love the cosy atmosphere of Hogwarts, also, the Halloween scene is amazing with all those pumpkins in the Great Hall!

you ve got mail

You’ve Got Mail. This one has nothing to do with the spookiness of the season, but it has the perfect “back-to-school vibes”, in my opinion. I’m pretty sure the 90s have been the best years ever, speaking of movies!

That’s it! These are my top 5 movies I’m going to watch this Autumn. Any favourite one to recommend?
